Docks on, in or over any lake of Lake Arrowhead

Your commitment ensures a thriving, attractive community and safeguards the unique character of our shared natural resource.

 A private dock per property shall be permitted where lots include water frontage. Because Lake Arrowhead Club, Inc. (“LAC”) owns the property over which a dock may be built, docks on, in or over any lake within LAC community (Lake Arrowhead, Great Bay, Bay of Deep Waters) must be in compliance with these regulations.
