About Us

Lake Arrowhead. Vacation living for everyday life.

The Lake Arrowhead community comprises the residential area surrounding the bodies of water known as Lake Arrowhead, Great Bay, Bay of Deep Waters and the Route 46 Pond; and includes the areas known as Lake Arrowhead section, the Country Club section, and the Forest section. These areas have been developed by the Arthur D. Crane Company as the community of Lake Arrowhead and is more expressly defined by the maps entitled “Maps of Lake Arrowhead, Denville– Mountain Lakes, Morris County, NJ” plus updated residences as noted in property deeds. There are 238 properties included within the Lake Arrowhead community.

Lake Arrowhead Club, Inc. (LAC) is a 501(c)(7) non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey.

The objectives of LAC are:

To act as trustees and to provide for the care and maintenance of the dams, park, beach, lakes, waters and streams, docks, piers, clubhouse building and other land and structures owned by LAC. LAC may use mechanical, biological or chemical means to keep the lake waters healthy and environmentally-balanced and will regularly monitor the water condition.
To encourage and coordinate various activities including, but not limited to, social, cultural and athletic activities within the community.
To make periodic reports and may publish a newsletter for the information of its membership and Lake Arrowhead.
To maintain the health, safety, and welfare of the residents within Lake Arrowhead, protect the environment of the lake and community, and to ensure the proper execution of the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations by the community and the Trustees.

What the Neighbors Say

“LAC is a special place with amazing community-run activities… from swimming and boating in the summer to skating in the winter. We have loved being a part of LAC since the day we moved in. Every day we look around us and think, ‘What a beautiful place we live in!’
Denville resident

“When we were looking for our first home we instantly fell in love with the picturesque community of Lake Arrowhead. Not only is it gorgeous in every season, the people of the community have been nothing but kind and welcoming. It really is almost like living in a Norman Rockwell painting. Just picture perfect.
Mountain Lakes resident

“I love fishing with my Dad and Grandpa in the summer. It’s also great when the lake freezes and I can ice skate on it.”

“I can’t believe this house comes with 2 swans and a roaming black cat named Dylan!”
