Dues are payable annually. The fee is set at an annual open meeting of the Board of Trustees and voted upon by a quorum of the membership. Voting privileges are limited to property owners, while residents not owning the property in which they reside may become Associate Members. Both classes of membership have the same privileges, with the exception of voting and holding office which is restricted to property owners.
